1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on:

E-liquids, disposables, or perishable goods.

Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Exchanges
